Who is Tania Trogh?

If you know Tania, you know that she gives nothing less but her very best. With her infectious drive, clear no-nonsense approach, and genuine commitment, she fully dedicates herself to every client.

Tania started her career in 2009 in the HR department of De Lijn. In a short time, she became involved in reporting and data management, and she progressed to Business Information Analyst / Controller. The interest in data, business processes, finance, and applications has since run like a common thread through her career.

Positions as a BI Consultant at Attentia, ESC, and Avanade also made it clear to her that collaborating with clients, and delivering concrete results day by day, is what energises her. She can switch quickly and connects easily with both staff and management.

In 2024, after working in Ireland for 2 years, she founded Tantee. With Tantee, Tania aims to provide consultancy services to SMEs, with a personal and results-oriented approach.

Tania's professional focus is on data and reporting. Her broad background in ERP, HR, and finance enables her to rise above traditional silos. Companies looking for a holistic approach are encouraged to get in touch. Together, we will explore how we can add value on a broader scale.
